The Operator is the Administrator of your personal data with regard to data voluntarily provided on the Website.

2. Selected Data Protection Methods Used by the Operator
Login and personal data entry areas are protected at the transmission layer (SSL certificate). Thanks to this, personal data and login data entered on the website are encrypted on the user’s computer and can only be read on the destination server.
Personal data stored in the database is encrypted in such a way that only the Operator possessing the key can read it. This protects the data in the event the database is stolen from the server.
User passwords are stored in hashed form. The hashing function works one-way — it is not possible to reverse it, which is the current modern standard for storing user passwords.
The Operator periodically changes its administrative passwords.

The website is hosted (technically maintained) on the servers of: lh.pl
The hosting company maintains server-level logs to ensure technical reliability. The following may be recorded:
resources identified by URL (addresses of requested resources – pages, files),
time of request arrival,
time of response sent,
client station name – identification performed by the HTTP protocol,
information about errors that occurred during HTTP transactions,
URL of the page previously visited by the user (referer link) – if the transition to the Website occurred via a link,
information about the user’s browser,
information about the IP address,
diagnostic information related to the process of ordering services independently via website forms,
information related to handling email correspondence directed to the Operator and sent by the Operator.
4. Your Rights and Additional Information on Data Usage
In some situations, the Administrator has the right to transfer your personal data to other recipients if it is necessary to perform the agreement concluded with you or to fulfill obligations imposed on the Administrator. This applies to the following groups of recipients:
hosting company on the basis of entrustment
authorized employees and associates who use the data to achieve the purpose of the website’s operation
Your personal data is processed by the Administrator no longer than necessary to perform activities related to it specified in separate regulations (e.g., accounting regulations). With regard to marketing data, the data will not be processed for longer than 3 years.

You have the right to object to processing indicated in point 3.3 c) regarding the processing of personal data for the purposes of legitimate interests pursued by the Administrator, including profiling. However, the right to object may not be exercised if there are important legally justified grounds for processing overriding your interests, rights and freedoms, particularly the establishment, pursuit or defense of claims.
You have the right to lodge a complaint against the Administrator to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.
Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary for the operation of the Website.
Automated decision-making processes, including profiling, may be carried out with respect to you for the purpose of providing services under the concluded agreement and for direct marketing conducted by the Administrator.
Personal data is transferred to third countries within the meaning of personal data protection regulations. This means that we transfer them outside the European Union.

The Website collects information voluntarily provided by the user, including personal data if provided.
The Website may record information about connection parameters (time stamp, IP address).
In some cases, the Website may record information facilitating the association of data in the form with the email address of the user filling out the form. In such a case, the user’s email address appears inside the URL of the page containing the form.
